All our items are shipped to you by courier using Startrack.
We aim to ship all orders we receive before midday the same day (Mon-Fri). All other orders received after midday or on a weekend will be shipped the next working day
Once it leaves we will email with the couriers contact details and a tracking number so you can track the item via www.startrackexpress.com.au
Couriers have been advised to leave items at doorsteps if there is no one home. If the courier does not feel it is safe to leave they will leave a card advising of there attendance and you will need to call

If you require it to be there urgently call us on 1300 393 004 and we can advise you if it is possible.
Please note delivery is door to door, courier will not help assemble or help take upstairs.
We provide free delivery on all items to Mainland Australia and Tasmania excluding postcodes 0880 and 0881. For these areas we are happy to ship free to nearest capital city and then freight costs is at customers expense.
Please also note in the case of customer error and exchange, freight charges at the expense of the customer apply.

What is your warranty policy?
At Oz Trampolines our products are made of the highest quality and
standards, but to always ensure that customers are completely satisfied,
our products are covered by generous warranties, which vary per product
and begin from the original purchase date of the products.
Our Warranty covers;
wear and tear of the parts
damaged parts upon receipt of goods
*Weathering refers to damage
caused by minor weather conditions and general wear and tear. Including UV
fading and light rain.
If a warranty issue does arise please contact us immediately via phone on 1300 393 004 or
email with a description and images to email@example.com.
In the event that we do not feel the product is covered under our
warranty policy and a second option is required, the customer can send
the product to us at their cost for a full appraisal.

replaced within 30 days or we will refund your product costs.
When will my item be dispatched for delivery?
All orders received by midday Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after midday or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
How can I prolong the life of the trampoline?
Oz Trampolines are made from the highest quality parts but taking extra care will help prolong the life of these parts and the trampoline. We recommend regular cleaning of the pads and mat, but ensuring they are free of debree, and any excess dirt or moisture is wiped free.
Do not jump on the trampoline mat with shoes on to ensure damage to the mat is minimised.
Take note to follow the weight jumping capacity, to ensure springs are kept in optimum condition.
To protect mats and pads utilize the weather cover by placing it over the trampoline, particularly in extreme weather conditions.
Can I leave the tents up all the time?
Oz Trampolines tents are not designed to be on the trampoline as a permanent fixture. To avoid warranty issues the tents need to be taken down when not in use or in extreme weather conditions. High winds in particular can be dangerous as the trampoline could act as a kite.
