An order is only deemed as placed once it has passed through our internal validation procedure to ensure that the order is authentic and to prevent any credit card fraud. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you by telephone or email.
Oz Trampolines accepts orders by credit card and the order will be processed on the next working day. All orders will leave our warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received unless we notify you by email. Once the order leaves the warehouse we will notify you of this and of any tracking number that may accompany the order. We are unable to accept any credit cards issued outside of Australia

REFUND and WARRANTY POLICY

Returns Why should customers be penalised for issues out of their control?
Oz Trampolines recently introduced an updated returns and warranty
policy to ensure our customers receive the best service possible from
the OZ Trampolines team.
We are amazed that other companies ask you to choose carefully as
there are no refunds. We understand there are no sizing standards in the
industry, so you can order a part thinking it will fit only to find
that your poles are larger than normal, or your frame has more springs
than most trampolines.
Our free returns policy is another first for the industry, ensuring
you buy from us risk free. 95% of the time the mat will fit, but if it
doesn't we will organise delivery back to our warehouse and refund your
full purchase price including the transport fee. If you are not 100%
sure if the mat will fit your trampoline you can now purchase the item
and try it. When the part is returned to the warehouse your refund is
processed into your account.
We offer a free returns service in the following instances
- The trampoline mat despite being the correct size does not fit
- The trampoline net despite being the right size and number of sleeves does not fit
- The part was faulty
We are unable to offer a free returns service in the following instances
- Customer error
- The return of a trampoline
these instances the customer can either use our freight service and we
charge the price we are invoiced by the freight company
Organise the return to our warehouse with another freight company at the customers expense
the item is received back into the warehouse it will be determined if
any work is needed to repacked the item. If there is, a repacking fee
will be applied. To receive the maximum refund the item must be
returned in its original packaging in similar condition to the manner it
was received by the customer.
Please note for trampoline returns.
If a customer is wishing to return a trampoline the following
conditions must be met. The trampoline must be packed back into the
original packaging with the boxes strapped or taped up (clear packing
tape preferred). The customer is to email photos of the boxes to our
office for us to view and approve. Once approved we will email you
details of the courier and providing it is collected by their normal
service and not a special freight service. Once the trampoline arrives
back at our office we will view the contents and ensure no damage has
occurred. If all these conditions are met a full refund can be issued.
Any conditions that are not meet will incur costs that will be deducted
from your refund amount.
a part fails under warranty we confirm the fault by asking you to email
a photo of the issue . If we need to view the part we will pay for the
part to be shipped to us. On the rare occasion a claim arises we send
your new part once confirming the nature of the fault.
Our Warranty covers;
- manufacturing issues
- fair wear and tear of the part
That covers almost everything apart from the dog tearing the pads to bits
addition to the longest warranties, we also offer the easiest claim
service to ensure our customers receive the highest quality trampoline
products in the market and the best service.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty we will replace the product with the same item. If we are unable to replace the product within 30 days we will refund you money including shipping.
Oz Trampolines shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such a delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Oz Trampolines. Oz Trampolines shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
The warranty of the replaced item will be from the date of the original items purchased.
We provide free delivery on all items to
Mainland Australia and Tasmania excluding postcodes 0880 and 0881. For these
areas we are happy to ship free to nearest capital city and then freight
costs is at customers expense
