The following pages 'Terms and Conditions', contain important information about the rights and responsibilities of both Oz Trampolines and Oz Trampolines customers.
In these terms and conditions, the terms 'seller', 'we' and 'us refer to Haby Consultants Pty. Ltd, trading as Oz Trampolines Sales (ABN 23 105 030 484): and 'you' refers to you the customer.
This page includes a list of Oz Trampolines terms and conditions and your interaction with Oz Trampolines constitutes your agreement to follow the terms and conditions.
The Terms and conditions together with your order, constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. By accepting this agreement you indicate that you will comply with the following regulations and note that the contract cannot be varied unless we agree to alter it in writing or by email.
If you do not agree to comply with the following regulations, please refrain from purchasing products from Oz Trampolines. Oz Trampolines will take appropriate and considered action to uphold these terms and conditions.
Trampolines accepts payment for our goods and services in the following formats:
- Direct Bank Deposit (please contact us for details)
- Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa)
*Please also note an order is only deemed as placed once we have received payment in full. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you by telephone or email.
Please also note that layby is an alternative payment and ordering option for customers.
Customers are required to leave a 20% deposit upon placing an order and all products ordered will be placed aside in our warehouse to ensure the order is fulfilled.
Layby payments can be made over the phone or online through our ‘Manage your layby’ system, and will be available for shipping upon receipt of the final layby payment.
Please note laybys will require finalisation within 12 months from the date of deposit.
Oz Trampolines offers free delivery Australia wide*.
*Free Delivery applies to delivery on all items to Mainland Australia and Tasmania excluding postcodes 0880 and 0881. For these areas we are happy to ship free to the nearest capital city and then further freight costs at the customers expense.
*Free Delivery does not apply to items returned for refund.
Please note that all products must also be paid for in full before the goods will be dispatched, and will be dispatched from Oz Trampolines warehouse within 2 business days.
Upon shipment customers will receive a tracking email with information regarding your delivery and the ability to track your delivery at www.startrackexpress.com.au.
Please note that delivery times on your Oz Trampolines orders will vary, depending on the shipping destination, and please also note that delivery is door to door and does not include installation unless organised prior.
The approximate delivery times within Australia are as follows:
All times given are estimates only. Oz Trampolines bears no responsibility if these times are inaccurate for specific deliveries. These delivery times are calculated from the date that the order is set to dispatch to the date the trampoline arrives at the customer delivery address.
Startrack couriers are advised to leave items in a secure area, as a signature is not required on delivery. If the courier does not deem the property safe they will leave a card for alternative pickup.
Incorrect Order Delivery
If the customer receives an incorrect order (eg.size) at Oz Trampolines fault, Oz Trampolines will aim to correct this mistake immediately at no extra cost to the customer.
Refund and Returns
Oz Trampolines refund policy is in place to ensure our customers continue to receive the best experience possible with Oz Trampolines.
At Oz Trampolines we have a wide variety of replacement parts that are compatible with most trampolines, including those made by other manufacturers. However we cannot guarantee that our replacement parts will be compatible so please check the products SPECS for further information.
If you purchase a replacement part that is incompatible or you change your mind, please contact us on 1300 393 004, and the items can be returned (at the customers expense for postage/courier cost) for a refund*.
*Please note that refunds are only granted if the product is in an unused, as new and fit for resale condition. We will not refund on used or damaged goods. Refunds are also only available three months from the original purchase date, and will exclude original delivery costs.
Please also note that refunds will be processed 7-14 days after the goods have been received into our warehouse and processed accordingly. The method of refund will be by the same method that payment was received by Oz Trampolines.
*Please note if customers require a replacement part exchange due to sizing
etc.. a delivery cost will apply.
Full refunds will not be applied to the purchase of 'trampolines'. 'Trampolines' referring to 'bare, the lot, with slam dunk, with tents and with roofs'.
If the customer would like to return the trampoline for a refund or exchange, they will need to organise return via courier at their expense
and a $45 inspection and repacking fee will apply. If the trampoline or parts are not 'as new' or fit for resale, have been opened, used or damaged; customers will also be liable for the cost of replacing these parts.
Refunds are also only available three months from the original purchase date, and will exclude original delivery costs.

If a trampoline purchased is deemed faulty or damaged upon delivery, Oz Trampolines will arrange for a replacement part to be sent to the customer after assessment and communication has occurred.
*Please note that if the customer paid for installation for either a trampoline or trampoline parts, when replacement parts, trampolines or exchanges occur; Oz Trampolines will not responsible for the cost of rehiring further installation.
At Oz Trampolines our products are made from the highest quality and standards and therefore we maintain some of the highest warranties in the industry. Please check individual product SPECS for details.
Warranty periods commence from the date of purchase.
- Manufacturing issues.
- Wear and tear of parts
- Damaged parts upon receipt
It is essential that customers regularly check their trampolines and follow the maintenance tips to ensure the longevity of their trampoline.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser only.
Damage caused to your trampoline as a result of weather events such a rain, wind etc. are not covered under your warranty. If your trampoline is damaged by a weather event, please contact your home insurance provider.
The warranty does not cover personal injury or losses due to improper assembly or maintenance, nor to damage due to neglect, misuse or accidents. To limit damage caused to the trampoline by improper assembly, carefully follow all installation instructions.
The warranty also does not apply to any damage caused by a third party assembly service.
What to do if you have a warranty issue?If a warranty issue does arise, please contact us immediately on 1300 393 004 or email with your details, image and description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event that we do not feel the product is covered under our warranty policy and a second opinion is required, the customer can send the product to us at their cost for both postage and the full appraisal fee.
Once a warranty issue has been identified and the product is covered under warranty, we will contact you and the product will be replaced within 30 days.
Oz Trampolines is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, if such a delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Oz Trampolines. If this type of delay does occur Oz Trampolines shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
These conditions apply to Oz Trampolines Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards.
Purchasing or using a gift voucher means that you accept the terms
and conditions of this agreement.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for
cash equivalent transactions. They cannot be reloaded, returned for a refund,
have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher or be replaced after
All Oz Trampolines Gift Vouchers have a six month expiry. After
the gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and any discounts or
transactions will be declined.
Remember to keep your gift voucher secure and treat it as you would
treat cash. If your gift voucher is lost or stolen or you suspect unauthorised transactions
using the voucher, call us on 1300 393 004.
We may cancel any gift voucher for any reason at any time without notice. If
so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift voucher of equivalent
value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. Oz
trampolines may also, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gift vouchers
to any person at any time for any reason.
Oz Trampolines will always attempt to ensure that our website is up to date with the most accurate information.
Oz Trampolines aims to provide accurate images and colours for our current stock range. However please note that colours and models displayed may differ from the actual stock that you receive due to upgrades, improvements or colour settings on a customers computer.
Prices on the website are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations within domestic and international markets. Price changes are subject to the discretion of the appropriate parties, and can change between inquiries and point of sale. Consequently, our customer service team will also aim to ensure any price changes are disclosed.
This website is covered by copyright, apart from fare dealings for us to buy the copyright Act 1968, www.oztrampolines.com.au grants visitors to the site permission to download and display its copyright material for private purposes only. No other reproduction or use of www.oztrampolines.com.au copyright material is allowed without Oz Trampolines written approval.
The directors, officers and agents of Oz Trampolines are responsible for maintaining this website and that the information contained within this website is correct, however you use this website at your own risk.
You accept all risks and responsibility for loss, damage, costs and other consequences resulting from using this website and any websites linked to it. You are also responsible for accessing the relevance and accuracy of any information or material available, from this website or any websites linked to it.
Further, we disclaim all responsibility to the maximum extent possible under applicable laws:
(a) We exclude all liabilities, including for negligence, to you or any other person arising directly or indirectly from using this website or any informational material available from or through it; and
(b) Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded we limit our liability to our option to re-supply any goods or service, in respect of which the liabilities arises or refunding any amounts paid for those goods and or services.
